The 5K Resolution, a flat 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk for people of all ages and fitness abilities that begins and ends at 9 a.m. at Crocker Park (Third and O streets, Sacramento). At the end of the run/walk, participants write down a resolution for 2013 that will be emailed to them in July as a reminder. $20 general, $15 ages 7-17, $10 children ages 6 and younger. American Heart Association half- marathon training program information session; staff and coaches will train you to complete a half marathon. Fourth Annual Mito Kids 5K Run/Walk, to help raise money for families dealing with the expensive financial burden of mitochondrial disease.
