Here are some local resources for individuals with Parkinson's:

UC Davis Medical Center is a member of the Parkinson's Study Group, a nonprofit network of physicians and other healthcare providers for scientific research; (916) 734-3588.
Sutter Health's Neuroscience Institute maintains a movement disorders program, which includes Parkinson's; (800) 478-8837.
