Drug-court grads hear business owner’s success story

Eighteen years ago, on occasions when a methamphetamine-addicted Dennis Morgan needed a place to crash, he found a spot next to the trash can alongside what used to be known as Big Al’s Tire & Brake in Carmichael. Now he owns the place.
