Surveillance video shows school employee lifting student off ground by neck

A 50-year-old Rankin, Pa., school employee is facing charges after police said he picked up a 13-year-old student by the neck twice and carried him down a hall. It's not clear what led up to the confrontation. The employee remains free while he faces charges of misdemeanor simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
