The 7th- and 5th-most viewed items of 2013 -- What California state workers earn: SEIU Local 1000, part 1 and part 2, respectively -- were part of a heavily-viewed series that looked at state employee pay by bargaining unit, a first for this blog since its 2008 launch. We plan to bring the series back this summer.
