    The UC Davis Veterinary Emergency Response Team devised a portable tank in the back of a pickup with a tire pump for oxygen and transported 16 fish back to the UC Davis Center for Aquatic Biology & Aquaculture from the fire zone, according to the the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. The owners have been located.
