Poll: What do you think of California’s $7.5 billion water bond?

The $7.5 billion water bond California voters will consider on the November ballot represents a compromise in an attempt to provide upgrades experts say are necessary for the state’s massive and crucial water systems. What do you think of the bond lawmakers settled upon?
