    Rainfall gently dampened the Sacramento region Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016. This video shows images around town from that storm as well as gives the National Weather Service forecast heading toward Halloween. NWS Sacramento estimates that most of the region will remain dry Wednesday until Hurricane Seymour creates widespread rains Thursday. Rain will continue into the weekend and possibly through Monday, Oct. 31, 2016.
