    Sacramento Fire Department rescuers pulled out all the stops Tuesday to save two cats trapped in the trees above the rising waters of the Sacramento River on Tuesday, March 16, 2016. A team from the Front Street Animal Shelter had built a ramp, but the cats weren't having it. Enter the firefighters, who managed to reach the cats via their truck ladder and bring them to safety.
