Re "Browns just regular rooters at Granddaddy of Them All" (The Buzz, Dec. 31): If the governors of California and Michigan set up their Rose Bowl wagers as expected, the results should be interesting. If Michigan State wins, Gov. Jerry Brown can present a case of California's finest wines to Gov. Rick Snyder of Michigan. If the Stanford Cardinals prevail, Gov. Rick Snyder of Michigan can present Brown with Detroit.
