Maiman missed one new ‘word of the year’

Re “These terms are worthy of ‘word of year’ consideration” (Viewpoints, Dec. 31): Bruce Maiman, the self-described "humble scribbler," offers a list of new words to fit today’s needs, such as "Beardo” for “That guy from ‘Duck Dynasty’" but I note a glaring omission. He should have included “snobnoxious,” a descriptive word for a person who makes his living criticizing others.
