Another malfunctioning website

I renewed my nursing license and my nurse practitioner furnishing license last September 2013. I have not received the wallet copy of my licenses. I used the "contact us" link on the Bureau of Registered Nursing website to inquire as to how much longer before I can expect the wallet cards and have yet to receive a reply.

BreEZe may be an awesome program, but it sure would be nice to get the bugs, human or otherwise, fixed so we can get on with our careers.
