Re "Donnelly draws a bead on his signature issue" (The Buzz, Feb. 13): What is this convicted criminal doing handling a firearm?

When I was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit on my motorcycle, I had to pay a fine, do community service and not be around firearms for the duration of my probation.

Assemblyman Tim Donnelly seems to have violated the terms of his probation, after his 2012 no contest plea to two misdemeanor firearms charges. The sheriff should lock Donnelly up for the remainder of his probation.
