Health video isn't frivilous

Re "GOP finds new fuel in 'frivolous' health-law video" (Page A1, Feb. 13): Sen. Ted Gaines and the GOP think the "Tell a Friend, Get Covered" video promotion is frivolous because it cost $1.3 million.
If the video encourages people to get healthcare, it is money well spent. I think the campaign money raised and spent by Gaines for his reelection is frivolous.
