Republican fractures

Re "McClintock is honest" (Letters, March 16): The Republican fracture is between traditional Reagan or moderate Republicans and secret corporate money pseudo-Republican manipulators who cleverly hide behind conservative seniors.

The key to this is the knee-jerk voting of the conservative voters. Apparently their votes can be bought. The first group is hiding in fear of the ultra-right and the ultra-right controls them using money and Tea Party threats. Fear bought by secret and not so-secret money managing conservative senior's votes. Truly a nasty business for Republicans and everyone else. Republicans need to wake up to being used like this.
