Hypocritical to condemn Russia

Re "Russia gains the Crimea" (March 19): It is sadly a terrible case of hypocrisy when the U.S. condemns Russia for invading and annexing the Crimea, when President George W. Bush invaded a sovereign country based on lies and then overthrows the legitimate government and kills thousands of its citizens to do so.
This was a country we had no historical, economic, religious or ethnic connection whatsoever and was no threat to us. Thanks to Bush's cowboy mentality, we have no moral authority to criticize Russia President Vladimir Putin. Just another of the many consequences this country has, must and will continue to pay for the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld war.
