Flex Elect is cost-efficient

With all these health care costs, did you know that married California state workers get paid $128 a month to not use two health plans? It's called Flex Elect.
When married state workers both agree to use the same health plan, the state pays them $128 a month, or $1,536 a year, in addition to their health plan and salary. It used to be a lot more too.
The opposing mentality's best argument is "What if I want Kaiser and he wants Blue Shield?" What do they do if one wants a Toyota and the other wants a Honda? You make a decision like everyone else. Utterly ridiculous waste of taxpayer dollars.
