Obamacare not a failure

Re "Health care sign-ups extended," (Page A8, March 27): The original goal of the Affordable Care Act, to enroll 7 million people by March 31, might not be met next week. However, 6 million newly insured still is a big number.

Any time you can achieve 85 percent of your goal, that's a victory and not a failure. This is especially true when you are talking about a new national policy like Obamacare.
