Where's the outrage over the CA Legislature?

Recent arrests and indictments of CA State Senators has raised some excellent questions: Why are these individuals still being paid while on suspension is one, and the other one of these has already been convicted of a crime, and he still receives a paycheck? Where is the outrage at this callous and superficial move by Senate leader Daniel Steinberg protecting his "super majority"? The legislature has an opportunity to correct this by making law, their job actually, to suspend without pay state legislative members indicted of wrongdoing. If they are not convicted, simply remove the suspension and go on with the job of working for the citizens of this state. Show some integrity, please!
