All in for wage increase

Re "Does Romney's support of minimum wage indicate shift in GOP?" (May 9): As a part-time worker and a full-time student, I, along with the 69 percent of Americans, agree that we should increase the minimum wage.
Yes, it is quite a jump from $7.25 to $10.10, but it is necessary. There are many who work full-time and still live in poverty. We must ensure that Americans who work hard can thrive in this economy.
With an increase in wages, I would no longer have to struggle financially. Therefore, I would be able to focus more on schooling.
