Re "Ex-soldier receives Medal of Honor for actions in Afghanistan" (Nation/World, May 14): The story of the young man who won the Medal of Honor was told on Page A10. The continuing saga of Donald Sterling was again on the front page. I think it is time to reverse things.
The Bee, like most U.S. media, promotes the sensational, the ugly, the petty and the stupid. Why are you all so quick to jump on the negative things in America but send stories that highlight our country and its standout citizens to the back pages?
Kyle White is a testament to everything good about America, and as an American newspaper you should be proud to put him and his story on the front page. Or is what Donald Sterling has to say more important?
