Dan Schnur is running for Secretary of State. Why vote for Schnur? He's an industry veteran running as an independent. His priorities include a ban on fundraising during a legislative session and supporting tougher campaign disclosure laws. His integrity is beyond reproach, and major newspapers have endorsed him.

Schnur has been an educator for about 20 years and is the director of the Jesse Unruh Institute of Politics at USC. He spent years training youth to become involved in society. He's an accomplished communicator who worked as staff and in campaigns at the gubernatorial and presidential levels. Schnur is passionate, articulate and embraces citizen involvement in the political process.

What will Schnur bring to the Secretary of State's office? A results-driven, true reformer, a former chair of the Fair Political Practices Committee, Schnur will remove politics from campaigns and the voting process.
