Not all VA hospitals are mismanaged

With all the negatives about the Veterans Affairs organization these days, I thought I would add my experience to the conversation.

I have been involved with the Mather VA for 10 years. When first accepted, my doctor scheduled many tests and appointments with specialists to evaluate my general health. I was impressed with the care and service in the beginning, and having recently spent five days in the hospital with pneumonia, my care from the nurses, nurses aids, to the doctors and volunteers continued to be very professional.

I can only say that my experience here at Mather has been very different from what I read and hear.
