No charges for animal cruelty?

Within Rio Linda is a woman who was convicted in Oregon of animal cruelty. She now resides in Rio Linda and is still perpetrating the same crime. Horses have died on her property, some humanely destroyed.

Animal Control has issued citations and is monitoring her farm daily. That is not good enough considering her past history. California does not tolerate animal cruelty. Her excuses of being overwhelmed is the No. 1 excuse most perpetrators use. Animal Control has the evidence to send to the District Attorney to prosecute and convict so she never owns horses again like Oregon did.

Send a message to everyone else that animal cruelty isn't tolerated and move quickly so the horses she has now stop suffering.
