Poor voter turnout

Governor Brown receives 1.7 million votes out of 24,000,000 eligible voters and it is declared a landslide victory rather than an apathetic society that does not deserve the freedom to choose its leaders.

Seriously, focus on the 20,000,000 who did not vote. Why did they not vote? This state will remain the People's Republic of California until people vote.

I am disappointed with the low voter turnout. Don't even try to weave an excuse for the apathetic.
