Brown should have heeded Whitman's warning

Jerry Brown has found that Meg Whitman was right. The California state budget is as sound as the Obamacare promises of lower premiums. The State is awash in debt, about $343 billion, according to the state legislative analyst.

The so-called surplus is a canard, and Brown knows it, as Meg Whitman stated four years ago. Brown knows it, Democrats in the state Legislature know it. It is now time to man up to the failure of the socialist state of California.

As the late Iron Lady, Margret Thatcher stated, "The problem with socialism is that you run out of other people's money to spend." Enough of robbing our grandchildren of their future, as the Democrats have done with our children's.

Vote for reform. Vote for our children and grandchildren. Vote GOP.
