Hobby Lobby: What would this Court decide in 1857?

Re "Birth control exemption upheld" (Page A1, July 1): This Supreme Court has ruled that corporations are people in their Citizens United ruling. Now it has ruled that women's reproductive rights must be condoned by their employers. If this Supreme Court could go back in time, would it concur with the Dred Scott ruling that no person of African descent could be considered a U.S. citizen?
