Company exploiting the elderly

There is a company called A Place for Mom that continues to raise its referral fees to small business residential care homeowners. It was already tough enough to pay 100 percent of first months' room and board fee. Now they charge 120 percent.

They make claims to the American public that it's a free service, yet the dirty little secret is they basically extort the small-care homes. We have no choice but to pay whatever fee they ask since they are the top organic listing on the search engines. This company hurts small business owners while using the elderly as a means to their end.

I represent thousands of elderly care homes who all feel the same. We have no choice but to pay. The public should know about this. Shame on them for justifying their referral fees. It's absolutely disturbing.
