Re "Sacramento County needs SouthEast Connector" (Viewpoints, July 8): As an organization representing more than 430 Rancho Cordova businesses, the Rancho Cordova Chamber is fully aware of the benefits in improving our region's transportation system. Rancho Cordova's status as one of the largest job centers is a huge asset to the region.
To continue growth and prosperity in this area, we must have access to additional roadway capacity south of Highway 50. The Capital SouthEast Connector does just that. Voters had it right when they approved Measure A and the Connector 10 years ago. It's time to get this corridor up and going.
