Overzealous parking enforcement at Crocker

That's it, I am done with going to the Crocker Art Museum.

First, I parked at a meter, and returned five minutes late and got a $47.50 ticket. Then I parked in a lot, paid the fee and followed instructions to apply the receipt to the car window. In the heat and wind, it fell off. Despite the fact that it was lying right next to the car, I got a ticket for $47.50. It wasn't my fault the glue is not good enough. It's not clear whether it's OK to apply the receipt on the inside of the window. It could still fall off because of the heat.

I'm done going there. Too expensive.
