Re Re "New Sacramento schools chief in line for hefty pension bump" (Our Region, Aug. 3): If you run a food bank, does it make sense to give most or all of the food to a single family? Then why does it make sense to give such a large pension to a single man, namely Jose Banda superintendent of the Sacramento City Unified School District?
Is $223,300 for a single person a sensible pension? Who can stop this craziness?
