Letters: Rocklin needs new leaders

Rocklin residents enjoy their lovely, landscaped streets and their beautiful parks. They take pride in their city and its growth. But to paraphrase what Gertrude Stein once said about Oakland, "In Rocklin, there is no there." Where is downtown Rocklin? And does the City Council have a redevelopment plan? What about the increasing retail vacancies, even during this growth period? It is time to thank the City Council members for their combined 71 years of endeavors and look for new candidates with fresh vision.
