ROSEVILLE Roseville made Money magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Live in the magazine's August issue, the first time the city has earned that recognition.
The city was pegged the 90th best place, with Plymouth, Minn., coming in at the top of the list. Three other California cities made the list: Irvine (No. 4), Fountain Valley (91) and Sunnyvale (No. 94).
City Manager Craig Robinson said well-planned development, high service levels for public facilities and agencies, and jobs were the top three factors that made the city a good place to live.
Good, but never good enough to stop trying.
"We won't rest on our laurels," Robinson said.
