Published: Thursday, Jul. 24, 2008 | Page 2G

Two area weight-loss coaches are offering a 12-week health and fitness program, in which part of the proceeds will benefit the Fit Kids Foundation.

Mayumi Reese and Aurora Graham will lead group sessions designed to teach participants how to lose weight and keep it off.

"Weight Loss Challenge" sessions will be offered from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays near Douglas and Sierra College boulevards. Participants will be given the address of the private residence upon registering.

Sessions also will be held from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesdays and 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Thursdays at the Meridian Club, 2121 Sunset Blvd., Rocklin.

The cost is $39 per person, of which $10 goes to the Fit Kids Foundation, an organization dedicated to preventing childhood obesity. The rest of the money will be awarded to the program's three "Biggest Losers."

For details or registration, call Graham at (916) 788-9743 or visit the Web sites www.weightlosschallenge.com and www.gofitkids.org.
