Story appeared in SPORTS section, Page C3
1. Kellen Davis, 6-6, 256, Sr., Michigan State. Big and versatile, Davis looked very good in Senior Bowl practices. He can block as well as catch the ball.
2. Brad Cottam, 6-7, 269, Sr., Tennessee. Cottam showed a knack for getting open at the Senior Bowl despite his massive frame. Has been injured quite a bit.
3. Dustin Keller, 6-2, 238, Sr., Purdue. He's an excellent athlete and a good pass catcher, but like most college tight ends, he can't block.
4. Fred Davis, 6-2, 253, Sr., USC. Davis has excellent hands and is good at getting yards after the catch. Not as fast as some of the other prospects and not a great blocker.
5. Craig Stevens, 6-3, 255, Sr., Cal. A good all-around prospect who does everything well but isn't spectacular in any one area. A safe mid-round pick.
