1. Kenny Phillips, 6-2, 208, Jr., Miami. The latest in a long line of talented Hurricanes free safety prospects. A physical presence in the secondary who also makes plays on the ball.
2. Tyrell Johnson, 6-0, 207, Sr., Arkansas State. Further proof it's harder for NFL talent at smaller schools to go unnoticed. Played free and strong safety in college.
3. Thomas DeCoud, 6-2, 196, Sr., Cal. A big hitter and solid tackler. Will contribute on special teams immediately, as he has shown a knack for blocking kicks.
4. DaJuan Morgan, 6-0, 205, Jr., North Carolina State. A noted special-teams performer who began his college career as a wide receiver.
5. Josh Barrett, 6-2, 225, Sr., Arizona State. With his size, might be a linebacker in some schemes. But he has good speed, which means he could be a free safety.
