1. Matt Ryan, 6-4, 222, Sr., Boston College: Has the "it" factor scouts look for in a franchise quarterback, but not the big arm or athleticism.
2. Joe Flacco, 6-6, 237, Sr., Delaware: Footwork and mechanics need a lot of work, but Flacco has the best arm of the top quarterbacks and better-than-average athleticism.
3. Brian Brohm, 6-3, 232, Sr., Louisville: Brohm is the draft's most technically sound passer but doesn't have good improvisational skills when pass protection breaks down.
4. Chad Henne, 6-3, 229, Sr., Michigan: Henne has plenty of experience and played well in the Senior Bowl. But he didn't always come up big in big games at Michigan.
5. Josh Johnson, 6-2, 200, Sr., San Diego: Another project, but the Torero quarterback has a smooth release and threw 43 touchdown passes against one interception last season.
