Irvine-based John Laing Homes announced Wednesday it has consolidated three Northern California building divisions into one located in Roseville.
The company's Roseville-based Sacramento division has absorbed Central Valley division operations from Modesto and the Bay Area division in San Ramon, the firm announced.
John Laing, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, ranks 16th among homebuilders for sales in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba counties, according to consultant Hanley Wood Market Intelligence.
