Motorists in Roseville will need to buckle up seat belts and watch their speed Tuesday morning because city police plan a zero tolerance traffic enforcement operation.
The enforcement effort will be concentrated on Blue Oaks Boulevard, Fiddyment Road, Pleasant Grove Boulevard and other areas on the west side of Roseville, police spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther said.
The operation's hours will be from about 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., she said.
Driving at an unsafe speed is the most common cause of injury collisions in Roseville, according to Gunther, who added that the Police Department periodically conducts zero tolerance operations to remind motorists to buckle up, slow down and drive safely.
