The start time for Republic FC’s match tonight against Orange County Blues FC has been pushed back to 8 p.m.

The team said the change, made late Sunday night, was due to concerns related to the forecast for triple-digit temperature, with a high of 102 degrees.

The match originally was scheduled for July 4 but was postponed due to Friday’s fire at Cal Expo and air quality issues.

Tickets for the July 4 match will be accepted tonight.
