Kings coach Michael Malone said forward Rudy Gay would start tonight against the Atlanta Hawks.
Gay left Tuesday night’s game in the second half due to right knee stiffness. Malone said he would be in communication with Gay to make sure the knee was not a problem.
Gay struggled with the knee and had four points against the Bobcats.
This could be a bad match up for the Kings because of Al Horford and Paul Millsap. Unless DeMarcus Cousins can get both players in foul trouble, it could be another long night.
