The NBA has released the third round of votes for starters for next month’s All-Star Game in New Orleans.

Kings center DeMarcus Cousins has moved up to 11th among frontcourt players in the Western Conference. The top-3 players are voted in as starters, so Cousins will have to rely on coaches voting him into the game at this rate. Fan voting closes Jan. 20.

The top-2 backcourt players will start for their conferences.

Cousins leads all centers with 23.5 points per game. Cousins also averages 11.5 rebounds. LaMarcus Aldridge and Kevin Love are the only other players in the NBA averaging at least 23 points and 10 rebounds.
