BROOKLYN The string of games against former Kings on this trip continues tonight.
Marcus Thornton, who was traded last month to Brooklyn, has been a solid pickup as the Nets look to make the playoffs.
Thornton is averaging 11.8 points in six games. Thornton averaged 8.3 points in 26 games in Sacramento.
The Nets needed offense off the bench and Thornton has provided that, scoring at least 20 points twice in the last four games.
Prediction time: The Nets should be focused, coming off a bad loss at Boston. The Kings are still too inconsistent to be counted on to bounce back from a selfish effort at Toronto.
Nets 101, Kings 95
My record: 37-24
