  • Kings got plenty of talent in draft-day dealing, Divac says

Sacramento Kings general manager Vlade Divac said following the NBA draft on Thursday, June 23, 2016, that in addition to building for the future, the Kings brought in plenty of new talent, getting four players over two rounds of picks instead of two. The moves included trading hometown product Marquese Chriss and shooting guard Marco Belinelli but netted Georgios Papagiannis, Malachi Richardson, Skal Labissiere and Isaiah Cousins. The Kings also received Bogdan Bogdanovic in the Chriss deal.
