MATCHUP TO WATCH
Giants quarterback Eli Manning vs. the Raiders' secondary
The Raiders let Eagles quarterback Nick Foles throw seven touchdown passes in last week's loss. How they do against Manning and Giants wide receivers Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks likely will determine the outcome of today's game.
THREE KEYS TO GAME
Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor needs to exploit the Giants' pass defense, especially if New York loads up the line to take away the run. Pryor has four multi-interception games and didn't throw a touchdown pass in the last two games, but the Giants allow 242 passing yards per game.
The Giants, with the ninth-best rushing defense in the league, won't have to face running back Darren McFadden, who's out with a hamstring injury. But the Raiders' Rashad Jennings had 102 yards on 15 carries and 74 yards on seven catches after replacing McFadden last week. Can Jennings repeat that performance?
Bring on the coffee. The Raiders have lost 11 consecutive games in the Eastern time zone since beating the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2009, and they have been outscored 353-178 in those games.
