DESCRIPTION:

FLOATING AD
Ad displays to IE 5,6,7 floating over content, then disappearing into a static 160px x 90px max tile ad. Non-flash enabled browsers and Mozilla browsers see tile only. The floating element can fly over, but cannot pause over, another ad, logo, or primary interaction elements as specified by the site (for example search boxes and primary navigation bars). A close tag should be included with the floating ad. Floating element cannot have a leave-behind.

» Maximum File Size: floating piece should be less than 40k; 160x90 tile: 15k.
» Dimensions:
   -floating piece: 500px X 500px; tile: 160px x 90px
» Max floating time: 10 sec stationary or 8 sec fly-out; ad must close on it's own or fade into tile
» 24 frames per second max; published to version flash player 8.
» Include your tile and .fla file when submitting. Do not cover news content.
» Must have a close button.
» Floating piece cannot have a leave-behind element.
» Links must launch into a new browser
» Hotspots are confined to 25% of the floating unit and never past the edges of the unit itself. This means that the moving unit can be clickable but not the transprent area it floats on.
