Delivery by Mail

Thank you for your interest in our Delivery By Mail program.
To begin receiving The Sacramento Bee by mail, please call us at
(916) 321-1111 or 1 (800) 2THEBEE (1-800-284-3233), or send the following to the address listed below:

1) A check or money order for a minimum of a one month subscription. The Bee also accepts Visa and MasterCard. Please include card type, credit card number and expiration date.

All Delivery By Mail subscriptions must be paid in advance or billed to a credit card to begin.
After the original request, you will be sent a renewal notice, unless you pay by credit card.

2) The delivery name, address (include zip code), and phone number. Please also include the billing name, address, and phone number, if different.

3) Requested start date of subscription ("as soon as money is received" or a future date).

Delivery By Mail subscriptions require two to three business days start-up time after receipt of payment.
For Sunday Only starts, the order must be received before 6:00 PM Wednesday to start with the following Sunday's paper.
If you pay by check, the date the check is received will determine the start date.

Publication Date and Day of Delivery

The Bee delivers each day's papers to the post office the day after publication, with the exception of Saturday's paper, which is taken to the post office on Monday.

Your paper may be delivered within 3 days if you request 1st Class Mail.

If you choose the Periodical rate, it is the lowest priority mail, and the post office will send and deliver these papers at their discretion.

It can take anywhere from 10 to 25 days or more.

Hawaii: 2 to 3 weeks (by boat only).

Foreign countries could take several months, unless APO or FPO is used.
