| Survival Training Auxiliary Site | 85.55 | New Hogan Lake | Prior to 16 May 1967, 85.55 fee acres were acquired by the Department of the Army and used as a survival-training site by the Air Force. On 01 March 1974, the 85.55 acres were retransferred to the Department of the Army and is now currently owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is now part of the New Hogan Dam and Reservoir. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, the site has been determined to be formerly used by the DOD and is eligible for the Defense Restoration Program for Formerly Used Defense Sites, established under 10 U.S.C. 2701 et seq. |
