| Naval Air Station Lemoore | 29826.41 | Lemoore | From January 1958 through February 1973, a total of 29,826.418 acres were acquired for the establishment of NAS, Lemoore. On 21 December 1962, a total of 1,431.968 acres were disposed of by quitclain deed. Of the acreage, 1,429.968 acres were fee acres and 2.019 acres were easement. The disposed property wen to G.E. Willett. The current owners are Joe Flores et al and Baranca Del Gazapo. The remaining acres remain active as the NAAS, Lemoore. Based on the forgoing, the site has been determined to be formerly used by the DOD and is eligible for the Defense Restoration Program for Formerly Used Defense Sites, established under 10 U.S.C. 2701 et seq. |
