I have four high powered (30 AMP) controllers that are daisy chained together to enable the lights to sync together. I have been working on this show since August and have spent hundreds of hours perfecting the timing. I have over 400 strands of lights and 75 extension cords which is about 5 miles of electrical cords running throughout the house. The songs we chose this year are The Nutcraker Suite from Brian Setzer, Rockin Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee, and Christmas in Sarajevo by Trans Siberian Orchestra. All of the music is transmitted through our FM radio station 107.1. The FM broadcaster is low power so it only transmits music for a 200 yard radius.<br /> <br />For this years show I created a 60 foot archway that spans the length of my driveway. It is made out of 600 feet of PVC pipe. I also have blanketed the roof with over 10,000 lights and I also have the piano on my lawn once again made out of net lights. This years show is absolutely amazing and is a must see for all families in the area. The show starts on Thanksgiving night and ends on December 26th. Show times are 5:30pm to 10pm.<br /> <br />Last year we collected toys and donated them to the Sutter\'s Childrens Hospital. This year we are going to donated toys to the Sacramento Children\'s Receiving home so that all children can have a happy memory even if they are going through hard times. We have toy bins for donations that are illuminated with lighted sign. My daughter is a Brownie (Girl Scout) and her troop is going to have a toy drive on Dec. 15th from 6pm to 9pm.
